AlphaSense, a market intelligence and search platform, announced a $100 million addition to its $225 million Series D financing round, bringing its valuation to $1.8 billion, with investments from CapitalG (James Luo, Partner), Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Viking Global Investors.
AlphaSense's proprietary AI and language models help professionals extract relevant insights from an extensive universe of public and private content, including equity research, earnings calls, and company filings, enabling leading corporations and financial institutions to uncover valuable insights they can't find anywhere else.
The investment will be used to deploy AlphaSense's advanced AI capabilities, including generative AI, to speed up research for business and financial professionals.
Infogrid, a leader in smart building technology with a focus on sustainability, has raised $90 million in Series B funding, along with an additional $30 million in debt facilities, from investors including SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Original Capital, Northzone, TVC, and JLL Spark.
Infogrid's AI-powered platform automates and optimizes building management, reduces carbon emissions, and generates financial ROIs for landlords and facility managers.

Fivecast provides AI/ML-driven open-source intelligence for defense, intelligence, police, border security, and corporations. It has raised a total of $30 million AUD in a Series A funding round led by Ten Eleven, a US-based cyber-security venture capital firm. Existing Australian investors, including Main Sequence and South Australian Venture Capital Fund, also participated in the funding.
